Kitty Prodonovich is the CEO of the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry of WA and sits on varied business stakeholder bodies and committees. Kitty brings extensive knowledge and experience in the small businesses sector, housing affordability and community and economic development in regional communities throughout Western Australia.

Chief Executive Officer
Paul Graham has been CEO of Keystart since January 2018. Paul has over 25 years’ experience in banking, finance and accounting. Prior to joining Keystart, Paul held senior management roles with ANZ Banking Group Ltd and National Australia Bank Ltd in Asia Pacific & Australia.
Chief Risk Officer
Ian Kneeshaw has 25 years' experience in banking and financial services across retail, corporate and institutional banking both in Australia and offshore. He joined Keystart in 2018 from ANZ’s Institutional Bank in London and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Ian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Chief Operating Officer
Lindsay O’Sullivan joined Keystart in late 2016. Prior to Keystart, Lindsay was Chief Operating Officer at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA and over the last 25 years held a number of leadership roles with Bankwest, Herbert Smith Freehills and National Australia Bank in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Luke Thomas has over 20 years’ experience across sectors such as finance, agriculture, retail and insurance. Luke joined Keystart in 2012 having worked with a number of publicly listed companies within Europe and Australia. He holds a number of qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is a certified Information Security Manager.

Michael Verkuylen is a Chartered Accountant and governance professional with over 15 years’ experience in accounting practice and commerce. Michael joined Keystart in 2017. Previously Michael was the CFO and Company Secretary of BNK Banking an ASX listed ADI.
